Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Also included in this recent photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing different areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
