This incident caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Police detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault near the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of individuals injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
